Appalling behaviour from Laura Berating younger students, shouting at them and making them feel incompetent, leaving them in tears. Always late to lessons, cuts lessons short, both by almost half the lesson time but giving no refunds. Constantly changing test dates, and telling them they're not ready, when the previous lesson telling them otherwise so a test date was booked. Messed my daughter around, cancelling lessons, changing test dates and she regularly came home crying after and she was having panic attacks because of her shouting. She forced her to go automatic and said she'd never make it with a manual, even though she'd previously been told she was doing well! She also would tell her off for not doing something right when on a previous lesson she had told her differently. What really shocked me was when she was told to go over the speed limit and was told she has to do as she was told, my daughter knew better and thankfully didn't break the law. Laura would regularly be texting or updating her app whilst my daughter was on a lesson. This woman should never be teaching anyone to boil eggs let along driving a heavy and dangerous piece of machinery.
