At the age of 17 I took a mechanical craft engineering apprenticeship at Laurence Scott & Electromotor’s Norwich, after completing I soon realised I did not want shut away inside a factory.

Started with Allied Bakeries delivering bread whole sale to shops, supermarkets and retail door to door driving anything from small vans to 7.5 ton lorries all over east Anglia and Suffolk, after 10 years got itchy feet although I thoroughly enjoyed my time driving all over east of England.

When my family started to grow, I decided to move to pastures new looking to earn more money for an ever growing family, Linda and I have a grown up family of two boys and two girls.

Joined Zenith windows as a salesman driving all over the East of England, my knowledge of the roads in and around Norwich are second to none.

After reasonable success and five years service as a salesman became the showroom manager for a further five years when training and developing staff I honed my people skills which allow me to help others have empathy treating each person as an individual addressing their needs anxieties building their confidence and self belief knowing when to push to get the most out of each person so you are sure to pass earlier.

I have been driving for over 37 years, If I haven’t experienced it myself I've been the unfortunate witness to what can and does go wrong on our roads, you have to concentrate, anticipate being prepared for anything at anytime, I have so much more to offer, teaching more than just basic car control, for safe and happy driving.
